Ordering Information    When you have decided what products you would like to purchase, then click on the add to cart button. Your purchase will show up in your shopping cart on the view cart page. Then you can continue to shop by clicking on return to shopping. This will take you back to the page you were before. When you are finished shopping, and ready to check out, the total cost of your purchase plus tax, if applicable, and shipping cost will be calculated. North Carolina residents will be charged sales tax. Please note: The shipping cost is based on the calculated weight of the order, destination, plus packaging and handling, girth (large oversize package requires balloon fees) plus real-time USPS shipping rate. I also purchase delivery confirmation with every order. I can only offer USPS Parcel Post and USPS Priority shipping at this time. If I start shipping orders out every day, I will offer UPS or FedEx Ground shipping methods. International orders will be shipped by International parcel post, International priority or airletter post. You may pay for your purchase through PayPal with your credit, or debit card. This site is a secure on-line shopping cart, and PayPal verified. I will also accept personal checks and money orders, US currency only. Due to problems receiving personal checks and money orders in a timely manner, I've chose to continue accepting them but I must receive them in 7 days from the time the order is processed or the purchase order will be canceled and item(s) will be put back for resell. I can only assure you that your package will leave me in perfect condition and packed secure. I do offer Shipping Insurance but it is optional. I normally ship in 1 to 2 days but please allow up to 1 week shipping on all orders. Please allow grace during peak holiday seasons. Orders are processed in the order they are received. I will try to hurry to get orders shipped ASAP. Return and Refund Policy: I will gladly agree to accept return of items under the following terms. Returns for reasons other than anything that could happen or occur during the shipping process which would be out of my control. You must return items in the alotted time of 14 work days from the day package was scheduled to be delivered. You must pay for shipping it back. It must be returned in the original box or container with the original packing materials included. If return meets the approval of my terms herein, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of said item(s).
